Metal fabrication is one of our core capabilities. We have a broad offering of standards and propriety pieces and parts that allow us to create remarkable structures of any size. Our SEG Systems®, Orbus® & CRĒO brands are UL certified manufacturers. We cut, weld, grind, punch, decorate and dress metal structures to create masterpieces or to disappear entirely behind fabrics and other materials to provide structure and form.
METAL
For over 30 years, we have been bending aluminum tube structures into unique and organic shapes that, when covered in fabric, deliver powerful messages and branding. We powder coat extrusions in multiple colors, and we cut, weld, grind, punch, decorate and dress metal structures to look amazing or disappear entirely behind fabrics and other materials.
WOOD
Orbus Visual Communications brands deliver exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We employ skilled teams of carpenters focused on building custom cabinets, counters, walls, and structures.
LIGHTING
We stock over 60 different types of lights/lighting systems and use them to enhance and create captivating exhibits, retail, and interior environments. We are a UL 48 & 970 Certified Manufacturer, and our engineers are UL certified. We have completed the required safety research, training, and certifications to bring safe products that visually empower brands. Products with a UL certification mark are recognized nationally as the highest seal of approval for safety.
